Domestic Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery to certain destinations may take 7 to 12 business days based on their geographic location and reach.

Non-Shipping Days: Orders are not shipped on Sundays and holidays.

High Volume Delays: In cases of high order volumes, shipments can be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Bulk Orders: Bulk order supplies will be shipped through surface transport mode.

Shipping and delivery Charges

Standard Shipping Rate: Vijay Pharmaceuticals offers a flat rate of Rs.59/- per consignment, irrespective of the number of products ordered, for shipping to select states in the country.

We do not offer cash on delivery service for any purchase.

No Hidden Charges: There are no hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi, etc) on VIJAY PHARMACEUTICALS products. The price displayed on the product page is exactly what you pay. Any applicable state taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

International Shipping:

International Delivery: VIJAY PHARMACEUTICALS does not deliver items internationally. Purchases can be made on the VIJAY PHARMACEUTICALS website from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India, but the delivery address must be within India.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

– Tracking Information: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours for you to track your order.
